Q. Why is Chrysler Financial changing the log in process?
A. The login process is being changed to make our website more secure, and to give users access to all of their accounts from a single, secure location. In addition, the login process is more customer-friendly, and will not require account number and VIN (last 8 digits) when logging in.
Q. How do I register as a first-time user?
A. Registration is a straightforward, 7-step process. You will (1) enter a username and password and confirm the password, (2) enter and confirm email address, (3) select a password question from an available list, (4) enter the password answer for the hint question, (5) enter the Chrysler Financial account number and VIN (last 8 digits), (6) agree to the terms and conditions, and (7) 'SUBMIT'.
Q. Are there any special parameters for my username, password, and email address?
A. The username can be a maximum of 35 characters long. The password must be between 8 and 20 characters long and must contain at least one number and one capital letter. Your email address cannot exceed 50 characters and must be a standard format (xyz@abc.com, eyz@abc.net, etc.)
Q. What happens if I forget my password?
A. From the home page “My Account“ login screen, click the Forgot Password link and the “Forgot Password“ screen appears. You will then enter your username, and click the 'SUBMIT' button. The system will validate the username in the database and challenge you with your password hint question. You will need to enter the Answer to the hint Question, and click the 'SUBMIT' button. You will need to enter your new password and then confirm password . Upon successful entry of your new password, you will be presented with a 'Thank You' page and then required to log in with your new password.
Q. What happens if I don’t know the answer to my password hint question?
A. If you enter an incorrect password hint answer, the system will re-prompt the password hint question to you. If you enter the incorrect password hint answer 10 consecutive times, then your account will be locked for the next ONE hour. The system will display a lock out message to you during that time.
Q. What happens if I forgot my username?
A. From the “My Account“ login screen, you will click on the ‘Forgot Username’ link. The “Forgot Username” screen appears. You will then enter your email address and click the ‘SUBMIT’ button. A “Thank You” screen appears, informing you that an email containing username information has been sent to the email address on file.
Q. What is the secret question?
A. The secret question will allow you to reset your password, or gain access to your account(s) online if you have forgotten the password. Sample questions in the list provided include:
Who is your favorite musical artist? What model year was your first car? What is your spouse’ maiden name? What is your favorite board game? What is your favorite breakfast cereal?
Q. Why am I not allowed to copy and paste my email address when I am asked to confirm it on the Registration or Preferences page?
A. You cannot copy or paste your email address because the system requires you to verify that the first entry of your email is correct and that there are no typographical errors or variations between the two entries.
Q. What are the username requirements?
A. Usernames can be a maximum of 35 characters long.
Q. What are the password requirements?
A. Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters long and must contain one number and one capital letter.
Q. There is a co-signer on the contract with me. Can they have their own login?
A. Yes. Simply create your own username and password by registering with chryslerfinancial.com using the primary account holder’s account number and VIN.
Q. What do I do if I change my email address?
A. Access the “Customer Preference“ screen to update your email address.
Q. If I edit my email address, will it apply to all of my accounts and account functions?
A. Changes made to the email address will be applied to all the Chrysler Financial accounts you manage when you login. The email address change on the preference page does NOT, however, carry over to account functions. For example, if you make web payments, you will have to update your email address in the Make a Payment section of the website. If you are signed up for Online Statements, you will need to update your address in the statement options.
Q. How do I add multiple accounts to my profile?
A. Once the initial Login and Registration process has been completed, you will be able to add additional CF accounts under the Preferences tab. To enter accounts, you will have to input account numbers and the last 8 digits of the VIN associated with each of your accounts. The system will allow you to add up to 17 accounts.
Q. How do I delete accounts from my profile?
A. Once initial Login and Registration has been completed, you will be able to delete accounts under the preferences tab. To delete accounts, you will need to place a check next to those accounts designated for deletion.
Q. How do I change my primary account?
A. To change the Primary account that displays, you must access the Preferences main page. Under the Chrysler Financial Account Information field, you can select the accounts you would like to appear when you first log in.
Q. What do I do if I forget both my username and password?
A. Call customer service @ 1-800-700-0235. Any Customer Service Representative can assist you with a password reset.

Q. After I’ve decided on my next Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge, what steps do I take to finance or lease through Chrysler Financial?
A. Once you decide on a vehicle, you can apply to lease or finance online at chryslerfinancial.com.
Click here to Apply For Credit, Once submitted, notification will be sent to your preferred Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge dealership where you can then arrange the last details directly with your dealer.
Q. I’m coming towards the end of my contract, how can I find out what vehicles would work for me?
A. Take advantage of our Planning Center. Here you can do everything from calculate your overall budget to comparing monthly payments for the various Chrysler Financial programs. The Planning Center will help you research not only what vehicles you can afford, but also move along the process at your dealer by allowing you to complete your credit application online.
Q. If I apply for credit or access my account online, will the information I provide and view be secure?
A. Rest assured that at Chrysler Financial we're as concerned about this as you are. We safeguard your personal information with industry-standard and legally compliant security technology. Q. Can I finance or lease a pre-owned Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge?
A. Yes. Chrysler Financial also offers competitive financing programs customized specifically for pre-owned vehicles. Please inquire with your local dealer.
Q. How many miles can I drive a leased Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge?
A. To fit the varied driving habits and preferences of our customers, Chrysler Financial offers several different lease programs. Our standard lease allows for 15,000 miles per year, and our low-mileage lease allows for 12,000 miles per year. However, if these mileage ranges are not appropriate for you, we can also develop a plan customized to meet your needs.
Q. How do I go about purchasing my vehicle at the end of my lease?
A. Your vehicle may be purchased at the end of your term by contacting a lease-end representative. Upon request, we will generate a payoff quote to be paid by certified check in order to release the title. To review all your lease-end options, please select Lease-End Options under My Account.
Q. Is it possible to extend a lease that is ending, for example if my new Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge isn’t available yet?
A. You may have the option of extending your lease. Please contact a lease-end representative to review your options.
Q. What happens if I would like to terminate my lease early?
A. You may, in fact, have various options available to end your lease early, as per the terms of your lease agreement. To inquire about your available options, please contact the Chrysler Financial servicing office at 1-877-212-4016. Please note you may incur a substantial penalty for early termination of a lease.

Q. How can I log in to my Chrysler Financial account?
A. To log into your Chrysler Financial account, simply enter your username and password created during the registration process.
To protect your security, your account will be temporarily locked for one hour after ten failed attempts to log in.

Q. I’m a co-signer. How can I log in to my account?
A. You can access the account information by entering the last 8 digits of the vehicle VIN and the Chrysler Financial account number.
Q. Where can I find my payoff amount on the Chrysler Financial Web site?
A. Finding your payoff amount is simple. Just go to the “My Account” section of Chrysler Financial and log in. After you’ve logged in, on the bottom of your account summary, you’ll see a button that says “Request Payoff Information”. The payoff amount is an estimate. Please call us to get the most up to date payoff amount.
Q. How can I make a payment?
A. Chrysler Financial offers a number of convenient ways to make a payment. If you’re looking to eliminate the hassles of stamps and snail mail, AUTO-PAYTM is the ideal solution. Signing up for AUTO-PAYTM is quick and easy. Just fill out the Auto-Pay information on the form, then print it, include a voided check/draft, and mail it to us. Chrysler Financial will notify you when your AUTO-PAYTM account goes into effect, then we’ll automatically deduct your monthly payment from the account you selected.
We’ve made it simple for you to make a payment online. Follow a few easy steps and you can make a payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week. By providing your e-mail address, you’ll receive e-mail confirmation of your payment almost immediately. The payment will appear in your online account status in just a few days.
Keep in mind that any payments you make will be processed within one business day.

Q. How can I cancel online statements?
A. Go to the My Account section of Chrysler Financial and log in. All your preferences are stored under the “Update Profile” section. Once there, simply select the “Statement Options” tab. You’ll be given the option to cancel your online statement right here.
Q. How can I update my personal information?
A. Log in to My Account, and then select “Update Profile” from the top navigation. Once there, you have the opportunity to update your personal information, banking information or account preferences such as payment and statement options. To update your personal information, simply click the “Personal Information” tab and make your updates. Click "Submit" when finished. Your information will be updated for the account you accessed.
Q. What happens if I move/change my address?
A. If you need to update your Billing Address, you can do so by contacting us via phone. If you need to update your Garaging Address, you can do so online by selecting “Update Profile“ while you are logged in to “My Account“. Changes to your Garaging Address (this pertains to lease accounts only) may result in a tax modification on your account. For more information on the tax impact of changing your Garaging Address, please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). For assistance in locating the DMV for your state, you may visit onlinedmv.com.
Q. What if I get a parking ticket?
A. Please pay the fine immediately. Any unpaid tickets will be forwarded to us and we may be obligated to pay them. If so, Chrysler Financial will include the amount of the ticket and any penalties or fees in your next monthly billing statement. In some states, Chrysler Financial may charge an administrative fee for paying such tickets.

Auto-Pay®
Q. What is Auto-Pay®?
A. Auto-Pay® is a free service available from Chrysler Financial that electronically deducts your monthly vehicle payment from your specified banking account.
Q. How does Auto-Pay® work?
A. Each month your payment is deducted from your specified banking account. If the date happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, the debit is processed the next business day.
Q. What do I need to qualify for Auto-Pay®?
A. All you need is a savings or checking account in good standing with a financial institution. To sign up, you’ll also need to supply some basic personal information, savings or checking account information, including a voided check/draft, as well as your Chrysler Financial account number(s).
Q. How do I sign up for Auto-Pay®?
A. Simply complete the Authorization Agreement. Make sure all of the information is complete, then print and sign the document, include a voided check/draft, and mail to:

Q. How will I know my Auto-Pay® service has been activated and I can stop mailing payments?
A. You are responsible for mailing your payments until you receive a confirmation letter stating that you are enrolled in Auto-Pay®. To mail your payment, please click on Print Coupon to obtain a printable coupon. The enrollment process takes approximately 30 days after we receive your Authorization Agreement. It is very important that you continue mailing your payments until you receive this confirmation letter.
Q. What if I haven't received a confirmation letter after four weeks?
A. To check the status of your Auto-Pay® registration, go to Check Auto-Pay® Status or call Chrysler Financial toll-free at 1-877-212-4016.
Q. Do I include a payment with my Auto-Pay® Authorization Agreement?
A. No, please do not include a payment with the Auto-Pay® Authorization Agreement. Continue making payments by mail until you receive a confirmation letter from Chrysler Financial.
Q. Can I use Auto-Pay® for more than one Chrysler Financial account?
A. Yes. Auto-Pay® can be used to make payments on as many Chrysler Financial accounts as you like. Simply enter your Chrysler Financial account numbers on your Authorization Agreement when you sign up for the service.
Q. What if I change financial institutions?
A. Transferring Auto-Pay® to a new checking or savings account is easy. All you need to do is complete a new Authorization Agreement with your new account information, and include a voided check/draft from the new account. We'll update your Auto-Pay® information and send you a confirmation letter stating that we have processed your information change. The process takes approximately 30 days after we receive your Authorization Agreement. Payment will be drawn from your current account until Chrysler Financial and your financial institution have processed the request. If you have closed your current bank account you must make payment by check.
Q. What if I decide to discontinue Auto-Pay®?
A. To cancel Auto-Pay® simply complete and submit the Cancel Auto-Pay® online form. To continue making payments by mail, include a payment stub from your monthly statement or payment coupon with your check or money order. For your convenience, log on to Account Status to print a coupon to ensure your payment is processed quickly.

A. If you've been through the Auto-Pay® site and you still have questions about the service, you can reach the Chrysler Financial servicing office toll-free at 1-877-212-4016. Q. What services are available on the Rewards Visa card Web sites?
A. There are four main benefits to using the credit card Web sites:
- Apply Online – this allows you to apply for the Rewards Visa credit card and receive a decision on your application in as little as 10 seconds.
- Redeem Your Points - this link allows you to view the branded merchandise selections, order Dealer Dollar Certificates and apply points toward your Chrysler Financial monthly vehicle payments, as well as other online redemption options.
- Manage My Account - this allows you to access online banking where you can review current and past transaction information including date, merchant, transaction amount and transaction type. Online banking also allows you to view purchases, cash advances, foreign currency, reference numbers, credits, payments, payment due, payment past due and disputed amounts.
- Extras Page – as a Rewards Visa cardholder, this link provides you with current news, special offers and promotions.
Q. What is the Rewards Visa program?
A. It is a program that enables you to earn points when you make purchase transactions on your Rewards Visa credit card. Points can be converted to Dealer Dollars Certificates, good at any Chrysler Group dealership for a variety of items such as service, parts or toward the purchase or lease of a new or used Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge vehicle. You can also redeem for selected brand merchandise or your Chrysler Financial monthly vehicle payment.
Q. Is there an annual fee for participation in the program?
A. There is no annual fee.
Q. How do I earn points?
A. The Rewards Visa program is based on a point system in which you will earn one Rewards Point for every dollar charged to your Rewards Visa account for general purchases.
You earn 5 Rewards Points for every dollar charged on your Rewards Visa account at participating Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships.
Purchase amounts will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar when calculating the Rewards Points earned.
Benefits to you include:
- Earn 1 Rewards Point for every dollar spent on general purchases
- Earn 5 Rewards Points for every dollar spent at participating Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships in the U.S.
- No limit to the number of points you can earn
- Points expire after five years
- Redeem points online for Chrysler Financial monthly vehicle payments or gasoline cards at national retailers
- Redeem points for Dealer Dollars Certificates valid at participating Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealerships in the U.S. for the purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle; routine maintenance, repair and collision services at the dealership; Mopar Parts and Authentic Accessories by Mopar; DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts; and branded merchandise.
Q. Do all of my transactions earn Rewards Points?
A. All purchases made with your card enable you to earn points. You do not earn points for cash advances, balance transfers, finance charges, fees (including late-payment fees), over-limit fees, returned check fees, insurance charges, unauthorized charges, and ATM transactions. In addition, you do not earn points for credits or returns to your Rewards Visa account and the rewards balance on your account will be reduced by the amount of any credit or return.
Q. Is there a monthly or yearly limit to the number of points I can earn?
A. There is no limit on points earned.
Q. How often are my points updated?
A. Your point balance will be updated once a month. Points are credited to your rewards account each month when your statement is produced.
Q. My spouse (or other joint account holder) recently signed up for the Rewards Visa Card. Can we join our earned points together?
A. There are no joint accounts but there may be primary and secondary users on an account. Points earned by both the primary and secondary user are accumulated together. Only the primary authorized user is able to redeem points for reward items.
Q. I need 2,000 more Rewards Points to achieve the next reward level. If I make a $2,000 purchase with my card today, can I use the 2,000 points that I will earn for my order next week?
A. Probably not. The points you earn are transferred to the program center once a month when your statement is produced. Please allow up to four weeks for new points earned on recent charges to be made available for redemption.
Q. Once I've earned enough points to redeem for a reward, what do I do?
A. There are two ways to redeem your points. You may contact the Program Rewards Center at 1-888-882-9376 or once you log on to the Rewards Visa card Web sites, you can access the Rewards Catalog.
Q. How long do I have to use my points?

Q. I was in the program but just cancelled my card. Can I still use my points?
A. No. Your card account must be open and in good standing to redeem points. If you close your Rewards Visa account, you forfeit any previously accrued unused points on your account the day your account is closed.
Q. Will I receive a statement for my points? If so, how often?
A. Yes, you will receive a summary of your points earned on your monthly credit card statement. Your statement will indicate your previous balance, current cycle earnings, points redeemed, adjustments, and your total points available.
Q. Can I transfer my points from one account to another?
A. Points are accumulated on a per account basis and cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Q. What rewards are offered?
A. Rewards Points can be converted to Dealer Dollars Certificates and used toward the purchase or lease of a new or used vehicle; routine maintenance, repair and collision services at the dealership; Mopar Parts and Authentic Accessories by Mopar; DaimlerChrysler Service Contracts; and branded merchandise. Q. Do I need to pay for sales tax and shipping costs for my reward items?
A. Sales tax and standard shipping costs are included in the point values of each item. You are not responsible for paying those costs.
